Your satisfaction is paramount to us and we strive to give you as much information as possible on every product to allow you to make an informed purchase.

We aim to describe products as fully as possible accompanied by at least one clear image. We generally offer dimensions, scent family, colour, description, and any other relevant details. Please take the time to read through the product specification prior to purchase.

However, if you should find that the item you chose is not to your liking or you feel that it’s not as expected we can assist in the following ways.

 

If your purchase isn’t as you expected.

Please get in touch with us by email stating the issue and adding an accompanying image if necessary. We will only refund the return postage cost if the item is not as described on our website. In this instance, the postage cost will be refunded only after the item has been received in our warehouse in exactly the same condition as it was when it left our premises.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, a full refund of the product cost will be made when it has been checked back into our warehouse and deemed to be in perfect condition.

We cannot accept returns of any products that have been used in any way.

 

If you think the product is damaged.

If your purchase arrives damaged or the quality is not of an acceptable standard please retain the product and provide us with an image of any damage. We will then review the image and proceed to a full refund, replacement, or come to a mutually agreeable outcome.

Please do not dispose of the product until such times as we have concluded your case.
